Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of receipt. Orders placed after 7pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. This confirmation will include a tracking number, if applicable, to monitor the status of your shipment.

We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us.

6. Non-Refund Policy
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Customers bear all risks, including damage or loss during shipping. In the rare event that the product received is defective and cannot be exchanged, Dink Lab will issue a refund in the form of store credit to your customer profile at dinklab.my. This credit can be used for future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
